Creating Your Digital Portfolio
Digital Portfolios are like a scrapbook of your learning in the BYTES program.
It is a space to provide evidence of the progress you have made over the year. You will be able to include examples of the best work you have completed, as well as reflections on the achievements, difficulties and highlights you have experienced in BYTES. This year your Digital Portfolio will take the form of a Google site.
Your Digital Portfolio will be a personal exploration of your learning in BYTES, thus it will be unique to you. We want you to document your progress through the year by reflecting on what you have learnt and how far you have come during this program. Your Digital Portfolio will also be a work in progress – you will be given class time to keep it up to date. It will, however, be marked at stages throughout the year, with these results going on both your Semester 1 and 2 BYTES reports.
The videos below will step you through creating your Digital Portfolio Page.
Ask those around you for assistance first - and then the BYTES mentor you have.
